Job Description

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team to assist with the day-to-day recruiting activities of our corporate office. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to: posting positions, sourcing and screening on various job boards, scheduling prospective candidates throughout all stages of interview process, candidate onboarding, and handling other administrative responsibilities as necessary.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Track completion of new talent requisition requests and obtain updated job description from hiring manager.
  • Post new positions to ATS and other applicable job boards.
  • Assist with sourcing potential candidates from various avenues (job boards, professional organizations, colleges, etc.).
  • Work directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate all related travel arrangements following corporate travel guidelines.
  • Manage any schedule changes and modify the schedule accordingly.
  • Escort candidates to interviews on the day of on-site meetings and manage the “candidate care” aspect of the interview day.
  • Reference checks for final interviews as necessary.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the process and inform them of next steps if applicable.
  • Process, coordinate and communicate all stages of onboarding to new hires and internal customers.
  • Create, coordinate and dispense internal and external communications during various stages of hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities.
  • Update and maintain recruiting specific reports.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well organized and high attention to detail
  • Manage multiple priorities and have ability to shift focus with strong time management skills
  • Resourceful in fast paced/changing environment
  • Passion for customer service
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Google applications experience a plus
