Job Description

Cash Specialist

Serve as a back up to the full-time Cash Revenue specialist. Efficient and accurate cash application and payment processing. Handle customer calls and emails regarding credit card or return check issues. Timely resolution of chargebacks and disputes.

Primary Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties not listed may be assigned.


• Handle calls and emails from customers regarding credit card issues and return check questions
• Assist in daily and monthly cash application and reconciliation process
• Handle timely resolution of chargebacks and disputes
• Reconcile assigned cash accounts
• Assist with processes and procedures documentation
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related work experience
• Strong data entry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Intermediate Excel skills

None

Other Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively work with both internal and external customers
